High diastolic, normal systolic?

not only should there be a concern about the elevated diastolic pressure but the narrowing pulse pressure is terrible. You are tired because you are in heart failure. Don't be supprised if they send you for a renal ultrasound also, they are trying to find out the cause of this it could be both renal and heart failure or one is real bad and the other is distroying the other. Don't want to freak you out but keep the apointment and ask lots of questions.
