How long would an un-altered bunny live?

So, I am planning to get 2 bunnies (male and female) so I won't alter them because I want them to have litters. But I heard un-altered rabbits are aggressive and bite you and don't live as long. Is that true? Because, in the past, I had a white mini lop named Snuggles who wasn't fixed but he was so sweet and wanted to always play with me and my sister. I don't know and I'm confused! I really want my bunnies to be healthy :-) Please help!
