Recommendation of pacifiers for fed babies. trying to prevent her from sucking her thumb?

my daughter is 4 1/2 months and she is so addicted to sucking her fingers. even at night she's not sucking on her thumb but has it in her mouth.she use to like the nuk clear silicone pacifiers but not anymore. im guessing because it taste fake. she takes in the soothie better but kind of rejects it. she uses the latex for her playtex drop in bottles. shes has a mild case of ezcema and when she sucks on her thumb or hand she gets saliva all over her cheeks which irritates it more. any recommendations of pacifiers?
