Is the Burning of the Qur'an a declaration of Holy war against Islam?

Sure, just don't fight on american soil, i don't care if you all kill each other. Somehow though, i can't imagine a tweaked in the head pastor of 50 followers of an anti muslim church would be the person the christian god would utilize to declare such a war. But i could be wrong, so in light of that, all christians and muslims should go to antarctica and fight to the death. We'll send a boat for the survivors. Honestly, we will.
