Which filter should i go with? marineland penguin 350, or tetra whisper ex70?

i bought a top fin 55 gallon tank kit from petsmart and im not thrilled with the filter it came with. I've been debating between the marineland penguin 350 or the tetra whisper ex70. any suggestions?
