The whys and woes of little girl beauty pageants?

those parents always say how the kids love it, but those kids are too young to realize the high consequences of it. children are being taught that looks are everything and winning is everything, of course they are gonna say they like it, their little girls, what girl wouldn't want to play dress up, then eventually the pressure of practices all the time, no play time, and a demanding schedule will take affect sooner or later, those pageants are so stupid, why but a child through that when they have no voice.
