DNA or RNA, which one has a double helix?
DNA has a double helix as the two strands of information are held together by hydrogen bonds. RNA is the "messenger" that helps the info go from the DNA to the ribosomes to make proteins. The RNA is simply one strand of info as it only copied one side of the DNA in translation.
