How do you crochet a pocket for a t shirt?

I've been looking for a pattern for a crochet (preferably with a slight v shape on the top and round bottom) pocket that I could sew over a paint stain I got on a white shirt I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if it's not exactly what I want. I'm not skilled enough to design my own pattern :)
