I believe what you're referring to is a series of videos made by Candice Michele before her days in the W.W.E. Prior to working for World Wrestling Entertainment she worked briefly as a model for a company called FM Concepts. The company caters mainly to foot, , and tickling, ists. She appeared in several videos during which she was shown tied up and barefoot. She also did a few videos in where her toes where sucked and her feet were tickled while she was in . This may have given rise to the rumor you heard. The rumor looks as though it has grown to include Maria, Mickey, Ashely, and Kelly. This is not the case however. As far as I am aware Candice is the only W.W.E. "diva" to have appeared in such videos. The videos are still out there but are very hard to get a hold of. From what I understand The W.W.E. launched a campaign to buy up the rights to most of the footage to avoid any sense of "scandal".
