Is there cure for cancer?

to tell you the truth, i think there is a cure for all those bad diseases,/illness. cancer, aids, ect. i think they dont wanna tell people because theyll loose money. thell wait for a new sickness to comee out ao then theyll spit the antidote medice and theyll get money for it and then theyll find out the next antidote and let trillions of people die! who thinks that?
