The lost book of Nostradamus,really scared me,whats it all mean?

Oh my i just watched the above programme on sky,whats going to hppen in 2012 do you think we will be enlightened or is it going to be the end of mankind...seems he was right with the twin towers and all that buisness... whats enlightenment going to consist off?i cant see that happening..how am i goin to sleep tonight?
